The Gungahlin Anglican Church ministry team consists of three ministers (a Senior Minister, an Associate Minister and an Assistant Minister), a part-time Children and Families worker, as well as many volunteers who work within the various ministries.

Reverend Andrew Taylor
Andrew and his wife Michelle have four children. Originally from Bega, Andrew studied in Armidale then worked in Canberra and Sydney for St George Bank, before starting Theological study at SMBC (Sydney Missionary and Bible College) .
Andrew and his family moved back to Canberra at the beginning of 2008 to take up the position of Associate Minister with Gungahlin Anglican Church, and now Senior minister since late 2017. Andrew loves being part of Gungahlin Anglican with its enthusiastic people.
Andrew also works as a Chaplain with the Army Reserve.
Andrew loves eating pizza, smoking brisket, watching DVDs and is continually amazed at the impact Jesus has on the lives of people through history and today! He is challenged by Jesus call to Love God and Love people (Matt 22:34-40).
Reverend Tim Hall
Tim moved to Canberra in 2016 and has been part of the Gungahlin Anglican team since then. Tim is our Associate Pastor. His focus is pastoring our Forde congregation. Before becoming a pastor, Tim worked as a labourer in building among other things. Tim had full-time ministry experience in Port Stephens and Queensland before studying a Bachelor of Theology at Sydney Missionary Bible College (2013-2015).
Tim has been married to Fiona since 2005, and they have five children.
In his spare time, Tim likes to moonlight as a singer/songwriter, and enjoys recording and producing music in his garage. He also enjoys riding his motorbike, and a good cup of coffee.
Reverend Brett Marshall
Brett is married to Amanda with a son in university and daughter in high school. Prior to full time ministry, Brett led a variety of national security functions, including in the military and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. In addition to supporting the broader parish, Brett is leading preparation to launch a new congregation focused on reaching the north-west suburbs of Gungahlin.
Brett’s diverse life experiences have informed a respect for others’ spiritual journeys and a deep awareness of our equal dependence on grace every day. Brett appreciates good food, exercising to burn it off, listening to music and playing drums, travel, and following the mighty Magpies in the Australian Football League.

Reverend Peter Bartholomeusz
Peter’s main areas of responsibility are pastoral care in the parish generally and leadership of Prayer Ministry in all its different forms in the congregations.
Jen Borrie
Jen has worked in the church office since around 2010, starting first as a volunteer and then later becoming a paid employee and now working 4 mornings per week (Monday to Thursday). Jen and her husband Mark have been attending Gungahlin Anglican Church since 2002 and have two teenage sons.
Jen enjoys looking after the administrative duties for the parish and in her spare time enjoys baking, bushwalking with her family, & crochet!

Reverend Heather Millard
Heather is a volunteer Chaplain with NSW Ambulance. Working in a multi-faith team of Chaplains across NSW, her ministry supports paramedics and their families, as well as friends, family and bystanders experiencing traumatic events. As an honorary Deacon Assistant at GAC, Heather is part of the worship team at our 9:30am service.

Zoe joined our team in 2022 as a ministry intern while completing Youth With A Mission’s Gateway Project. She currently assists with the planning and coordination of our Youth Group and the 6PM service.
